Are you still using those factory aluminum lug nuts that are prone to cracking, stripping, and seizing up? Save the hassle and switch to these steel nuts which are required for most organized track/race events. Rennline’s competition wheel studs provide a superior alternative to bulky factory lug bolts, making tire changes faster, easier, and more secure. Each stud is manufactured from heat‑treated Grade 8 steel, exceeding SAE performance requirements, and finished with a durable Black Zinc coating, a significant upgrade over the common Black Oxide coatings used by many competitors. These studs are ISO 898‑1 Class 10.9 certified for strength and reliability. Designed with an M14x1.5 thread, they are compatible with most Porsche, Audi, and many other European applications. Available in 35mm, 45mm, and 60mm lengths of usable thread, they offer flexibility to suit a wide range of wheel and spacer setups.

Each kit includes:

20 competition-grade studs
20 matching lug nuts

Fitment Guide

BALL R14	For Porsche OEM wheels - Available in Black only
BALL R14 Titanium	For Porsche OEM wheels - Available in Titanium Finish Only
CONICAL	For aftermarket wheels using conical seats - Available in Silver only

Notes

All lug nuts are designed for use with M14x1.5 studs. Please confirm the correct lug‑nut seat style with your wheel manufacturer. The information below should be used as a general guideline only.

Stud Length Guidelines
- 60mm studs are very long.
  For OEM wheels, most aftermarket wheels, and most applications using spacers, 45mm studs are typically sufficient.
  Please measure and confirm that you truly need 60mm studs before ordering.
- 35mm studs are suitable for setups using up to a 7mm spacer.
- 45mm studs are recommended for spacers 7mm and above.
- 60mm studs are only needed when using a spacer wider than 15mm.
Stud Dimensions
- 15mm of threads on the hub side
- 8mm of unthreaded shoulder for the brake rotor
- 35mm, 45mm, or 60mm of threaded stud beyond the shoulder (depending on kit selected)

I have previously ordered these for my 996 . I recently ordered for my 986 . Arrived quickly and installed easily . Just like the first order . I highly recommend if you want to convert to wheel studs .
