Position Summary
This role ensures all product information is consistent with Rennline’s brand standards and optimized for customer experience. As the central point of coordination, you will manage product data—including weights, measurements, pricing, kit compositions, images, and descriptions—while also leading web merchandising, site updates, and promotional activities. This role blends technical execution with strategic merchandising and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Catalog Setup & Maintenance
- Create and manage product listings in both the ERP (MOM) system and on the website
- Collect measurements and specifications for physical parts; generate or curate product descriptions, attributes, and fitment details
- Build kit composites and bills of materials (BOMs) for bundled products
- Conduct regular audits to ensure catalog accuracy, consistency, and completeness
- Own SKU creation, naming conventions, and category assignments
Website Management & Merchandising
- Oversee updates to visual content including banners, graphics, collections, and landing pages
- Collaborate with designers on implementation of new imagery, product photography, and marketing assets
- Plan and execute online sales, product features, and promotional campaigns
- Optimize homepage layout, collection structure, and site navigation for user experience and performance
ERP & Pricing Administration
- Manage product pricing updates across ERP and e-commerce platforms
- Conduct routine pricing audits and ensure alignment across systems
- Partner with finance and product teams to uphold margin targets and maintain accurate cost data
Web Development & Technical Projects
- Support basic web development tasks such as template adjustments and page layout edits
- Coordinate with developers on advanced technical initiatives or website enhancements
- Identify and resolve catalog or site-related issues across platforms
Requirements
Required:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce, product catalog management, or merchandising
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Basic proficiency in HTML/CSS and familiarity with CMS or e-commerce platforms (e.g., BigCommerce, Shopify, Magento)
- Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets, particularly for bulk uploads and data manipulation
- Experience with ERP systems, ideally MOM or a similar platform
- Working knowledge of automotive parts and technical documentation
Preferred:
- Experience with image editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop
- Familiarity with BigCommerce (current platform)
- Background in automotive performance or aftermarket industry

Requirements
Day to Day Responsibilities
- Handling inbound phone calls and emails
- Learning relevant information of constantly expanding product line
- Technical support of products (troubleshooting, technical specifications etc.)
- Assist network of vendors and suppliers
- Work alongside remote customer service team
- Resolving customer order issues (returns, shipment information etc.)
- Order Verification and Payment Support
- Data entry
- Other tasks as necessary
