Carbon Fiber Upkick Spoiler

It is a beautiful spoiler. It looks good on the car. However, the fitment isn’t perfect. On the right side of the spoiler it does not lay perfectly lined up with the platform. So there is a millimeter of the plastic platform sticking out in front of the carbon fiber spoiler. I tried many times to readjust it to no avail.

This ducktail is so awesome! Perfectly what a Cayman needs. It's nice that when it's down, there's a proper, noticable ducktail that looks completely factory. The lines are perfect and follows the contours well. When it's up, it echoes a Cayman R spoiler and thus doesn't look too silly (a problem I find with other movable ducktails). This one has the benefit of using the factory hardware and isn't just stuck on with tape. To me, it's basically the factory spoiler that's been doubled in depth and upturned slightly. Overall it's beautiful and well with the wait. Mine is going to be painted to match.

Perfect spoiler upgrade for the 987. It is what Porsche should have designed instead of their weak OM design. I do recommend Rennline supplying Their own select mount screws (no hardware supplied) for we are left with reusing the crap screws from the original spoiler!! That oversight by Rennline cost it a star...
