Installation Difficulty
Most Boxster and Cayman owners who take their cars to the track run tires far wider and stickier than stock, generating higher cornering and braking g-forces. Under those loads the 2-piece rear subframe flexes, which defeats your car's carefully set alignment, reducing braking and cornering potential and increasing tire wear. Rennline's Rear Subframe Stabilizer ties the subframe together so your Porsche handles and brakes with greater precision, predictability, and feedback.
This listing is the stabilizer bar only. It installs using Rennline's E35 rear tie downs and cannot be mounted without them; the rear tie downs are not included with this bar. For a ready-to-install kit, choose one of the sets below.

Q: Do I need anything else to install this?
A: Yes. This is the stabilizer bar only and mounts using Rennline's E35 rear tie downs, which are not included. If you don't already have them, choose the Bar + Rear Tie Downs set (E35.SB96) or the Bar + Front & Rear Tie Downs set (E32.35.SB96).
