E-Commerce Catalog Manager's Assistant – Aftermarket Automotive Industry
Compensation: Dependent on Skillset

Rennline Inc. is now seeking an intern for the Spring semester to help update their online webstore and photographs products in a photo studio setting.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proficient Adobe Suite skills, specifically in Photoshop, Illustrator and Lightroom
  • Excellent Photography skills and knowledge of DSLR use
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Must have a good attitude
  • Strong organizational skills

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Photography
  • Populate product management software and publish to web
  • Proofread descriptions and check published results

Shop Supervisor / Production Manager
Compensation: Dependent on Skillset

Rennline Inc. is now seeking a full-time shop foreman to support their growing business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fabrication and machining, and the ability to lead a team. The ability to work in a fast past environment is crucial. 

Minimum Requirements:

  • 3+ years of supervision in a job shop / mfg environment
  • Metal fabrication experience such as welding and bending
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings
  • Strong, hands-on mechanical ability and aptitude
  • CNC experience

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and a decision maker with good trouble shooting skills. In addition, this role requires strong supervision and communication skills to be successful.
He or she will need to work closely with all team members in the business and will play a crucial role in the success and future of Rennline.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Supervision of shop floor activities
  • Planning, scheduling, and coordinating team members and machine capacity to meet delivery requirements
  • Order execution and full responsibility for customer orders
  • Preventative and facility maintenance and machine repair
  • Oversee and directly supervise 5-8 team members
  • Directly contribute to daily production in a hands-on role
  • Troubleshoot fabrication processes and tolerances, and conduct first article inspections
  • Build jigs and fixtures to improve productivity
